Job Summary: Family Workers are sought to provide information, counseling, and follow-up support to users and their families, identifying and diagnosing cases to offer the most needed service. Support families in various situations and processes Family Workers are sought to provide information, counseling, and follow-up support to users and their families. Identify and diagnose cases and determine the most needed service. • Establish initial contact with the individual, family, or reference person to identify expectations and align them with the actual service reality. • Identify and prevent situations of social risk. • Complete and monitor documentation required for social intervention with service users and manage all related information using computerized support systems. • Support families through various situations or processes experienced by the person receiving care throughout their life. • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards for service users and respect for their right to privacy. • Develop, implement, and evaluate the intervention program. • Report to service coordination any changes in the user’s condition requiring assessment. • Ensure respect for relational customs and cultural diversity of individuals receiving care. * Minimum 1 month of experience in family-related work, either remotely or in elderly residential facilities * Completed primary education * Competencies / Knowledge: Empathy, initiative, and communication skills * Personal vehicle availability * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1200' to '1250' * Additional relevant information: Travel between households will be reimbursed at €0.26 per km
