




Summary: Direct-care professional responsible for planning and evaluating activities for service users, ensuring their well-being and individual progress. Highlights: 1. Functions: \-Planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of workshops and activities carried out within the day service, always promoting participation by service users. \-Ensuring proper functioning of the group under one's responsibility, acting as their direct supervisor. \-Guaranteeing and monitoring compliance with the service’s coexistence rules and guidelines. \-Carrying out appropriate records and evaluations to ensure optimal follow-up of service users. \-Collaborating and coordinating with the rest of the team in developing individual programs. \-Monitoring achievement of objectives established in individual programs. \-Monitoring daily attendance and outings from the occupational workshop. \-Performing, supervising, and/or supporting hygiene-related activities specific to the service. \-Monthly assessment of service users’ progress during service activities. \-Attending and actively participating in monthly meetings with the rest of the team, as well as other coordinations established for the proper functioning of the service. \-Coordinating with professionals from the housing service and/or other services to which the service user is linked. \-Following guidelines agreed upon by the professional team regarding interventions for service users. \-Knowing and correctly applying general and specific protocols. \-Providing first aid to persons under one's care in case of minor accidents and immediately determining whether referral to an outpatient or hospital facility is necessary. \-Maintaining the workplace in optimal conditions for correct implementation of individual programs and taking responsibility for all materials assigned. \-Transporting service users from the housing service to the day service or other community spaces. \-Participating in and committing to ongoing training provided by Talma Association. * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Requirements: \-Formal education: Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy, Social Education, or Higher Vocational Training in Social Integration. \-Specialized training in disability and/or mental health care will be valued. \-Minimum one year of training and/or experience in disability and/or mental health fields. \-Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. \-Proficiency in basic computer tools (Office suite) * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (20 hours \- daily schedule)
