Currently, we are seeking an F+ Pharmacy Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills to advise our clients and ensure the correct implementation of our services. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Provide expert advisory services to client pharmacies, delivering the tools and strategies required to enhance their development from the perspective of our F\+ service. * Lead and supervise the implementation and monitoring of various projects and services within the F\+ area, ensuring achievement of objectives and adherence to timelines. * Conduct thorough analysis of pharmacies’ key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as market data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. * Develop detailed studies and analyze specific commercial and market data for each client to optimize their strategy and profitability. * Conduct implementation and follow-up visits covering different phases of projects and services deployed at pharmacies, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper adoption of solutions. * Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy owners and teams, serving as their primary point of contact and advisor. * Deliver training and capacity-building sessions to pharmacy staff on the use and benefits of F\+ tools and services. * Prepare periodic reports on project status, results achieved, and recommendations for future action plans. **Preferred Qualifications:** ---------------- * Familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM systems. * Experience delivering training. * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in pharmaceutical management or consulting. **Join Hefame and become part of a team committed to excellence and innovation in the pharmaceutical sector!** REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in pharmaceutical-sector consulting. * Ability to analyze data, KPIs, and market studies. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. * Strong customer orientation and service mindset. * Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and solve problems. * Willingness to conduct pharmacy visits within the assigned region. * University degree (Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or related field).
