If you are an organized, proactive individual with a clear service vocation, this is your opportunity! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Daily management of guest check-ins and check-outs:** You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and professional welcome and farewell experience. * **Registration and updating of data in the PMS (Property Management System):** You will maintain our guest database accurate and up-to-date, which is essential for daily operations. * **Issuing invoices, collecting payments, and supporting shift-based cash control:** You will handle financial transactions diligently and responsibly, ensuring accuracy in every operation. * **Room or accommodation unit assignment and control:** You will optimize occupancy and ensure each guest receives the stay they expect. * **Registration, tracking, and communication of requests and incidents:** You will efficiently address our guests’ needs, resolving any issues that may arise to guarantee their satisfaction. **What We Offer:** * Seasonal contract for staff reinforcement * On-the-job initial training * 20% discount on accommodations across the chain * Excellent work environment Join a dynamic and professional team within an internationally expanding company. REQUIREMENTS **Essential Requirements:** * Proven prior experience of at least 2 years in similar roles, preferably in the hotel or tourist apartment sector. * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate fluently with our international clientele. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to operate hotel management systems (PMS). * Organized, solution-oriented individual with strong attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of additional languages. * Experience in conflict resolution.
