We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future. **We are seeking a Glaucoma Specialist (based in Barcelona)** We seek a clinical professional focused on training, certification, and ongoing follow-up of surgeons and medical teams to ensure correct, consistent, and sustained clinical adoption of glaucoma technologies in routine clinical practice. The position operates in coordination with the Glaucoma Lead and in alignment with the commercial network, serving as the primary clinical reference for centers once training has commenced. The role requires autonomy in center management, planning capability, and a commitment to clinical excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct product-related clinical sessions for customers, coordinated with the Glaucoma Lead and commercial network. * Deliver clinical training, surgical demonstrations in the operating room, and clinical certification of ophthalmologists and surgical teams in glaucoma technologies, in accordance with established clinical standards. * Maintain thorough knowledge and mastery of the company’s portfolio, ensuring appropriate use aligned with clinical practice. * Participate in congresses and educational activities. * Provide ongoing follow-up of certified centers and professionals, monitoring usage, surgeon autonomy, and clinical outcomes. * Identify needs for additional training and barriers to adoption, proposing action plans. * Contribute clinical analysis to support continuous improvement and evolution of centers, collaborating with internal teams. * Plan and manage clinical and training activities at assigned centers. **Requirements** * Degree in Optics and Optometry. * Experience in ophthalmic surgery environments, with exposure to the operating room (experience in glaucoma is desirable). * High and fluent level of English. * Full availability for travel is mandatory.
