We are looking for a Cook for one of our 3* hotels in La Selva del Camp, Tarragona. What will be your responsibilities? * Organizing and arranging materials. * Menu control: portioning, mise en place, cleaning of various kitchen equipment and work areas. * Checking and noting down necessary items required for the next service. * Cleaning, organizing, and inspecting used work areas. * Separating and recycling waste where applicable. * Compliance with environmental policy What are we looking for?: * 1–2 years of experience, preferably in 4- and 5-star hotels. * Hospitality education is desirable. * Intermediate level of English.
