Focus on industrial markets and travel to Europe **Description:** ---------------- At Grupo Resol, we are looking to hire a Junior International Sales Representative with a commercial vocation, interest in the industrial environment, and motivation to grow professionally within an international context. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and consolidating the international client portfolio, actively participating in identifying business opportunities and preparing technical-economic proposals tailored to each client’s needs. Main responsibilities include: * Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities in international markets, especially in industrial and B2B environments. * Conducting active market prospecting and follow-up of potential clients. * Preparing and presenting technical-economic proposals in coordination with internal teams. * Keeping client and opportunity information updated in the CRM. * Participating in international trade fairs, sector-specific events, and commercial missions, primarily in Europe. * Achieving the sales, margin, and profitability targets set by the company. **Requirements:** --------------- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in international sales roles, preferably in industrial or B2B environments. Prior experience in technical or engineering departments will be considered a strong advantage. Willingness to travel 30%–40% of the time (trips lasting 1–4 days depending on destination). Education and Languages: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Advanced level of English (minimum B2–C1). Knowledge of a second language (German or French) is desirable. Key Skills: Ability to understand industrial processes and translate them into customer value propositions. Customer orientation and ability to adapt solutions to diverse markets. Proactive profile with initiative, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
