We are looking to hire a Financial and Tax Specialist to ensure the execution of tasks required to guarantee the financial and tax viability of Ametller Origen Group’s R\+D\+i projects, thereby fulfilling the department’s defined strategy. **What will you do?** \- You will participate in monitoring the budgetary execution plan and in identifying new funding aids and calls for proposals, both for current and future projects developed within the department. \- You will monitor calls published in the Official Gazette of Catalonia (DOGC) and, if necessary, in the Official State Gazette (BOE), and inform the team to detect new funding opportunities. \- You will participate in defining and executing the department’s funding program, aiming to guarantee the viability and implementation of planned projects. \- You will be responsible for the financial monitoring of Ametller Origen Group’s R\+D\+i projects and for justifying these projects before the authorities, submitting the corresponding information. \- You will identify and monitor potential committed expenses for each project, aiming to reduce their impact on the project. \- You will perform financial control over personnel hired for various projects and conduct appropriate follow-up to detect possible deviations or needs. \- You will monitor and track the financial aspects of collaborations and subcontracting agreements between Ametller Origen and research centers or other partners, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. \- You will liaise with consultants, certifiers, or auditors to provide them with the information required for the successful execution of both current and future projects. \- You will participate in defining and executing Ametller Origen Group’s annual tax deduction program related to departmental projects, while also seeking opportunities for future projects. \- You will organize and correctly classify departmental documentation according to the described protocol, updating and expanding it as needed. \- You will assume and carry out any missions deemed necessary for the department to function properly, while also participating in training and improvement initiatives essential for professionalizing your own work and that of the Group. **What are we looking for in you?** \- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. \- Prior experience in administrative tasks such as grants management, accounting, or tax deductions. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \- A proactive and motivated individual with strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and foresight. \- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the offices. **What do we offer you?** \- Opportunity to grow within a leading company in the sector, featuring a differentiated business model and currently undergoing strong growth and expansion. \- Join a new initiative within the company, working alongside a young, dynamic, and innovative team in a stimulating and responsibly autonomous work environment. \- Indefinite contract and full-time working hours. \- Workplace: Olèrdola/Remote work. *Do you want to join our team?*
