Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Officer / Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist to manage the Integrated Management System, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated Management System (IMS) Management 2. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations on environment and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) 3. Coordination and follow-up of internal and external audits An established and growing company seeks to hire an Administrative Officer / Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist (OHS) for its team in Castellbisbal, within the Administration, HR, OHS, Quality, and Environment department. IMS Management: quality and environment. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations on environment and OHS. Coordination and follow-up of internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UNE). Control and management of non-conformities and corrective actions. Maintenance of IMS documentation. Preparation of system review reports. Coordination with mutual insurance companies for health surveillance. Management of OHS and CAE (corporate platforms) documentation. Control of internal and external employee training. Management and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Preparation of labor documentation required by clients (TCs, certificates, etc.). * Minimum 2 years of experience. At least 2 years of experience in an OHS department. Knowledge of: Labor legislation, Internal audits, Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) * Higher Vocational Training (FP de Grado Superior) qualification * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours
