Job Summary: We are seeking an agro-industrial production operator for packing and palletizing tasks; prior experience and a proactive attitude to work autonomously and efficiently are valued. Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night We are looking for personnel to work on production lines within the agro-industrial sector. Main responsibilities will include product packing and palletizing, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage of the process. Previous experience in similar production roles and an active, collaborative attitude will be positively considered. It is important to be a responsible individual who can work autonomously and demonstrate agility across all production tasks. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification and demonstrable experience in operator or production roles are required. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). At least 1 year of prior experience as a production operator. Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification. Proactive, responsible attitude, with autonomy and agility. Eagerness to contribute to a positive work environment and motivation for professional development.
