




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for customer service, preparation of budgets/invoices, management of supplier orders, and coordination with technicians. Coordination of work with technicians We are looking for a person to fill an administrative position in Palma de Mallorca. Main responsibilities will include customer service, either in person, by phone, or through other channels. You will also be responsible for preparing budgets and invoices for our customers, as well as managing orders placed with suppliers. Additionally, you will coordinate work with technicians. Fluent German is essential to communicate effectively in this role. A permanent contract with full-time working hours is offered. The annual gross salary ranges between €20.000 and €21.000.
