**Position:**
Shift Production Chief Technician
**Position Description:**
Tasks / Responsibilities:
* Ultimate responsible for the factory in the absence of Section Managers, Production Director, or Factory Management.
* Responsible for ensuring all employees perform their work in accordance with the manufacturing schedule and in compliance with established occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Drives and motivates the entire workforce to achieve both strategic and annual objectives set by management.
* Daily and continuously exemplifies safe and responsible work practices.
* Leads and motivates all employees to carry out their work as safely and efficiently as possible, whether facilities are operational or shut down.
* In case of emergency, assumes responsibilities outlined in the self-protection plan.
* As a production specialist, serves as the technical reference for the shift.
* Coordinates daily activities across various factory sections; leads the defined communication system.
* Takes necessary actions to achieve production targets with maximum safety for personnel and facilities, and within defined quality and environmental parameters.
Academic Qualifications:
* University degree required: Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience performing similar duties in continuous-process industry.
Other: Availability to work the fifth shift.
