Position Summary: Transport manager or traffic manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing urgent parcel delivery routes, managing incidents, and delivering customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic planning and coordination of urgent parcel delivery routes. 2. Incident management and customer service to ensure service continuity. 3. Route optimization for efficiency and process improvement. We are seeking a candidate with at least 36 months of experience as a transport manager or traffic manager in VILLANUEVA DE GALLEGO (ZARAGOZA), who holds a valid driver's license and has access to a personal vehicle for the role. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating urgent parcel delivery routes (B2B and door-to-door), daily incident management to meet delivery deadlines and maintain service levels, and shipment tracking with full traceability control. The role also involves coordination with drivers, operational teams, and logistics providers; route optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs; customer support regarding shipments; and resolution of incidents. Additionally, activity reporting (KPIs: timeliness, quality, incidents) is required, along with proposals for operational and distribution process improvements. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with morning/afternoon working hours to be determined, and an annual gross salary between 27\.000 and 30\.000 euros.
