




Summary: We are seeking an HR Recruiter to autonomously manage the entire selection process, from recruitment to candidate presentation. Highlights: 1. Role: HR Recruiter **Our proposal** After an appropriate period of paid mentoring, the resource will be entrusted with autonomous management of the entire selection process, aimed at fulfilling our clients’ requests and proactively identifying the most suitable candidates for placement in the labor market. **In detail, the resource will be responsible for the following activities:** * Recruiting to expand the network of agents. * Posting job advertisements and conducting active and proactive personnel searches. * Screening resumes and managing selection interviews; * Sourcing candidates using company-approved methods; * Preparing candidate profiles for presentation to the company; * Presenting candidates for interviews. **Additional profile requirements:** Strong team-oriented mindset, flexibility, stress-management capability, motivation to work toward goals, excellent organizational skills, and problem-solving aptitude. We can onboard unemployed individuals immediately; for candidates currently employed, we can agree upon an onboarding plan aligned with their needs.
