Support in daily tasks and operations We are looking for a person to work in Luceni as a Shift Supervisor in the agricultural sector. Responsibilities will include supporting daily tasks, as well as organizing and coordinating personnel working across the company's various farms. You will also assist in farm and facility maintenance activities and carry out other duties inherent to the position to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time contract, with a weekly workload of 40 hours. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, morning shift, typically between 08:00 and 16:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Valid driving license category B is mandatory. Completed compulsory secondary education.
