




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for quality control at the plant, performing product inspections, critical point monitoring, and supporting report preparation in the food sector. Key Points: 1. Experience in food quality control (HACCP). 2. Full-time position with rotating shifts. 3. Training in food safety is valued. In the food industry, personnel are needed to perform quality control tasks at the plant: verifying weights, labeling, packaging, dates, and batch numbers. Critical points, metal detectors, and food safety parameters are also monitored, applying the HACCP system. Other duties include sample collection, supporting inspections, reviewing records, preparing reports, and related job functions. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and rest periods established by law. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar role. * We seek a committed, responsible, and proactive individual. * Training in IFS, ISO, and food regulations is desirable. * Valid driver's license required. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Degree or vocational training (FP) in Food Science and Technology, Quality, Laboratory, or related fields. \- Training in Food Safety and HACCP.
