If you seek a dynamic environment where every day presents an opportunity to innovate and build a better world, the Saica Group is the place for you! **Position:** Production Technician **Job Description:** Tasks/Responsibilities: Prepare files and generate KPIs for reporting and subsequent analysis by plants * Conduct internal audits of production procedures to ensure compliance with quality, safety, MA, and efficiency requirements * Participate in developing business cases to improve plant efficiency and capacity * Organize and participate in tests (small-scale or industrial) to validate data used in constructing business cases * Provide technical expert support to the Natur commercial area regarding client inquiries or questions, as well as to other Group departments * Where defined on a case-by-case basis, act as Project Manager for implementing the relevant project, following the Group’s Project Management methodology * Communicate Group strategies, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. * Deliver training to Production Managers—both new hires and those requiring refresher or expanded training—as planned in annual training programs, supported by the plants. .
