If you seek a dynamic environment where every day presents an opportunity to innovate and build a better world, the Saica Group is the place for you! **Position:** Industrial Installations Technician **Job Description:** Tasks/Responsibilities: Creation, review, and updating of maintenance standards * Provide expert support in Industrial Installations to the Natur commercial area regarding customer inquiries or questions about Technical Status. * Analyze Industrial Installations costs, maintaining up-to-date standard cost per machine. * Monitor KPIs and coordinate assigned industrial and commercial investment projects, ensuring compliance with Group procedures. * Participate in and validate Business Cases proposed by plants for preparing PAI requests. * Where defined, act as Project Manager for implementing the relevant project, following the Group’s Project Management methodology. * Conduct Industrial Installations Audits according to the plan established by the Quality Department. * Deliver training to Industrial Installations Managers — both new hires and existing staff requiring refresher or expanded training — in collaboration with other plants, aligned with annual training plans. * Comply with and promote adherence to the Group’s Quality, Safety, Environment, and Equality Policies, as well as the Code of Ethics and Regulatory Compliance. * Conduct BSO (Behavioral Safety Observations), identifying and reinforcing safe behaviors while correcting unsafe ones.
