Performing dimensional self-inspection and quality records At **Total Management Consulting**, we are currently searching for a **CNC Machinery Operator** for a leading company specializing in industrialized construction using sustainable wood, located in Gurrea de Gállego (Huesca). We seek candidates with experience in industrial CNC machinery who wish to join an innovative and growing industrial project. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule. * Fixed salary: Up to €28,000 gross annually (depending on experience provided). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00. Company vans are provided from various locations in Zaragoza to the workplace. * Workplace location: Gurrea de Gállego (Huesca). **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating industrial CNC machinery (wood sector experience is desirable). * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Wood, Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields. * Valid overhead crane operator and multidirectional forklift operator licenses. * Specific CNC operator training. * 20-hour PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) certification. * Ability to interpret CNC drawings and work orders (BTL/BVX). * Knowledge of CNC programming and parameter adjustment. * Proficiency in using basic metrology tools such as calipers, squares, and templates. * A person committed to quality, productivity, and workplace safety. **Your Responsibilities:** * Preparing, setting up, and loading CNC programs. * Operating CNC machinery including Wallteq M340, Hundegger K2, and Beamteq B660. * Executing cutting, milling, nailing, stapling, and screwing processes for structural components. * Performing dimensional self-inspection and quality records. * Operating the Comeva saw. * Loading and unloading materials using overhead cranes and multidirectional forklifts. * Providing occasional support at assembly tables when CNC machinery is not in production. * Complying with the company’s established quality and safety standards.
