Selection Technician – Bed's (Grupo Pikolin)

At Bed’s, Grupo Pikolin’s retail company specializing in sleep solutions, we are seeking to incorporate a Selection and Human Resources Technician into our central team at PLAZA (Zaragoza). If you are a proactive, results-oriented individual with a 'killer' mindset for selection, this is your project. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for end-to-end management of talent attraction and selection processes for the Bed's store network, ensuring an impeccable candidate experience and continuously optimizing our selection KPIs. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Full-cycle recruitment: Creation and publication of attractive and disruptive job postings; proactive candidate sourcing (headhunting) for passive candidates; active participation in job fairs, employment events, and Employer Branding initiatives. * Resume screening and evaluation: Thorough CV analysis and candidate filtering tailored to each profile’s requirements. * Interviews and assessment: Conducting competency-based interviews (telephone, in-person, and online). * Candidate reports: Preparing detailed qualitative and quantitative reports for hiring managers. * Candidate Experience: Consistent, transparent communication and close follow-up throughout the entire application process. * Offer closing and negotiation: Drafting and presenting competitive compensation offers, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills to attract top talent. * Onboarding and integration: Full coordination of onboarding (document management, internal platform enrollments, and initial integration follow-up). * KPIs and continuous improvement: Analysis of key selection metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rate, most effective channels) and proposal of improvement actions. **What profile do we require?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (e.g., Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field). A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or Talent Management is highly valued. * Experience: 2–3 years in similar roles.
