This position focuses on performing electrical maintenance tasks within an industrial environment, ensuring optimal operation and availability of machinery. Key responsibilities include periodic inspection of enclosed electrical panels and immediate response to any incidents or failures that may arise in equipment. The professional will carry out both scheduled systematic inspections and unscheduled interventions to efficiently locate, identify, and diagnose faults, applying the necessary technical knowledge to restore operational functionality. The ultimate objective of all these activities is to ensure continuity of production processes, minimizing unplanned downtime and contributing to a safe and reliable working environment. The role requires methodical and precise work based on interpreting technical documentation and applying standardized procedures. Additionally, a proactive attitude is expected to anticipate potential issues through preventive maintenance, collaborating closely with other technical team members to maintain the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency across all facilities. This position offers a competitive base salary starting from €30,000 annually, with prospects for review in the short term. Work schedules are organized into rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, following a pre-established calendar. This is a permanent position with direct incorporation into the company’s workforce, including a continuous training plan and opportunities for professional development within the organization, fostering specialization and acquisition of new technical competencies. Candidates must hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in a related specialty, along with practical proficiency in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and experience using specific software for computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). It is essential to possess the ability to read, interpret, and work with electrical diagrams and schematics, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic documentation. The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience of three to five years performing similar technical duties in the industrial sector, which would have provided fluency in fault diagnosis and use of electronic measurement and diagnostic equipment.
