




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support daily office operations, including telephone reception, order management, documentation control, and collaboration in meeting quality standards. Collaboration on ISO 9001 quality requirements We are looking for a person to perform support tasks in the daily management of offices located in Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include telephone reception, order management and delivery note control, preparation of shipments, and frequent contact with transport agencies. Additionally, the role involves organizing documentation for new employees, managing intervention reports, monitoring team expenses, conducting quality surveys, and collaborating on ISO 9001 standard requirements\. For this position, at least one year of experience in similar roles and advanced office software skills are required. Training in administration, proficiency with ERP or CRM tools, and an intermediate level of English will be considered advantageous. This offer is for an indefinite part-time contract, with five hours of work per day during morning shifts, to be arranged between 08:00 and 14:00.
