To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Team Leader, permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The Team Leader is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of their assigned personnel, ensuring proper work distribution and compliance with established procedures. They must also provide operational support to the team during task execution, guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and appropriate storage in work areas. They will lead the team within their scope of responsibility, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, timeline, and safety standards, and serve as the primary reference and support point for supervised staff. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Team planning and supervision:** Plan, supervise, and coordinate the team’s daily work, assigning tasks according to individual competencies; act as the operational reference and support the team in executing activities under their responsibility. * **Warehouse organization and operations:** Organize warehouses, define space allocation, and ensure efficient use thereof; guarantee proper daily operational management and resolution of incidents, applying the most appropriate solutions case by case. * **Order, cleanliness, and safety:** Ensure cleanliness and order in work areas; comply with and enforce company safety guidelines, as well as mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Documentary and systems management:** Supervise and support documentary management and control for receipts and shipments; supervise, prioritize, and support correct handling of incoming and outgoing transactions in the company’s ERP system, ensuring information traceability and reliability. * **Regulatory compliance:** Implement necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (quality, Part 145, customs, transport, etc.), reporting any anomalies or difficulties to the direct supervisor. * **Inventory management:** Manage and supervise inventories within their scope of responsibility, ensuring stock integrity and accurate material registration. * **Billing and service control:** Collect necessary information for client service billing; issue and control the corresponding CQUOs for such services. * **Performance management:** Lead daily SQCDP meetings; manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within their area of competence. * **People and development management:** Participate in recruitment processes for their department; support team competence development, ensuring completion of mandatory training and fostering continuous improvement. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** Qualification: **Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Diploma in Logistics or International Trade**. An Advanced Vocational Training Diploma in Business Administration and Management is desirable. **Minimum 5 years’ prior experience** in roles related to this position, warehouse management, logistics, or administrative and personnel management, and **valid forklift operator license required**. Operational-level office software proficiency and **intermediate English language skills**. Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate efficiently with diverse profiles. Leadership skills and experience in team management. Proactive attitude with initiative to anticipate needs and improvement opportunities, as well as ability to identify, mediate, and resolve conflicts. Strong team spirit, with capacity to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic working environment.
