Support in basic accounting tasks and incident resolution. We are seeking personnel for administrative tasks at a driving school in Zaragoza. Responsibilities include in-person, telephone, and email customer service; enrollment, file, and academic documentation management; theoretical class scheduling and practical session coordination; processing fees, payments, invoicing, and exam appointments; student progress tracking and database updates; support in basic accounting tasks; and incident and inquiry resolution. A minimum of one year of experience is required, along with a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Management, and intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with training platforms is also valued. We offer an indefinite part-time contract (20 hours per week, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM), salary according to the National Driving School Collective Agreement, and potential for increased working hours. Location: Zaragoza.
