




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff for a driving school in Zaragoza, responsible for customer service, enrollment management, file handling, class organization, and administrative procedures. Organization of theoretical classes and coordination of practical sessions We are looking for administrative personnel to work at a driving school in Zaragoza. Duties include in-person, telephone, and email customer service; enrollment, file, and academic documentation management; organization of theoretical classes and coordination of practical sessions; processing of fees, payments, invoicing, and exam appointments; student progress tracking and database updates; support in basic accounting tasks; and resolution of incidents and inquiries. A minimum of one year’s experience is required, along with a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Management, and intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. Experience with e-learning platforms is also desirable. The position offers an indefinite part-time contract (20 hours per week, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM), salary according to the National Collective Agreement for Driving Schools, and potential for increased working hours. Location: Zaragoza.
