Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics specialist responsible for order preparation and shipment, including goods receipt and placement, as well as documentation management and packaging. We are looking for a candidate to join our logistics team, whose primary responsibilities will include preparing and shipping orders. Duties will involve receiving goods, correctly placing them in designated warehouse areas, and accurately preparing customer orders by selecting the required products. All documentation related to shipments will be managed, along with packaging boxes to ensure products arrive in optimal condition. The process concludes with the collection of prepared boxes and their proper palletization for transportation. A strong sense of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and sustained concentration are essential. The ability to work under pressure and a firm commitment to tasks will be viewed favorably. Proficiency in digital tools and warehouse management applications will be highly important for performing picking duties effectively. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification, basic office software knowledge, and prior experience in similar roles are required. Digital tool proficiency is indispensable for carrying out picking functions. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a high degree of responsibility, detail orientation, commitment, stress tolerance, and strong concentration ability.
