As a specialist operator in automotive logistics, Noatum Autologistics manages end-to-end vehicle logistics operations, including: * Vehicle transportation (road, rail, and RoRo) * Internal yards and vehicle storage * Technical vehicle services (PDI, workshops, technical centers) * Integrated logistics solutions across the entire automotive supply chain With operations across multiple European countries and ongoing international expansion, Noatum Autologistics continues strengthening its position as a key automotive logistics provider within the AD Ports Group ecosystem. **Role:** The Yard Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily yard operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality-compliant execution in line with Noatum Autologistics standards—guaranteeing proper vehicle management from receipt through to preparation for distribution. This role reports to the Fleet \& Yard Manager Spain and will initially lead a small team of drivers. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure strict compliance with procedures, manuals, and work instructions regarding quality, environment, and safety. * Communicate any changes in task execution that may affect procedures to Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) managers. * Identify, report, and follow up on operational incidents and improvement opportunities. * Lead and motivate the yard team, ensuring clear communication, correct task execution, and adherence to deadlines. * Ensure vehicles are properly inspected and cleaned prior to distribution. * Optimize use of available space and resources within the yard.
