**Role:**
The Yard Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily yard operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality-compliant execution in line with Noatum Autologistics standards—guaranteeing proper vehicle management from receipt through to preparation for distribution. This role reports to the Fleet \& Yard Manager Spain and will initially lead a small team of drivers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure strict compliance with procedures, manuals, and work instructions regarding quality, environment, and safety.
* Communicate any changes in task execution that may affect procedures to Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) managers.
* Identify, report, and follow up on operational incidents and improvement opportunities.
* Lead and motivate the yard team, ensuring clear communication, correct task execution, and adherence to deadlines.
* Ensure vehicles are properly inspected and cleaned prior to distribution.
* Optimize use of available space and resources within the yard.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

### **Minimum Requirements**
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field.
**Experience**
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, automotive, or yard management environments.
* Experience leading operational teams and coordinating complex workflows.
* Dynamic, proactive, and innovative profile with a continuous improvement mindset.
**Languages**
* Native Spanish
* English B2 or higher is highly valued.
