




Job Summary: We are seeking a labor management professional to handle daily tasks including payroll processing, employment contracts, settlements, tax filings, and employee registration. Indefinite full-time contract with flexible working hours We are looking for a candidate to manage daily labor-related activities for a company based in Zaragoza. Responsibilities include preparing payrolls, handling payroll arrears, drafting employment contracts, performing monthly settlements, calculating and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes, computing monthly IRPF withholdings, and managing employee registrations and hiring procedures. Experience is required in company registration with the General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS), the RED system, registering and deregistering self-employed individuals, in-kind compensation, and flexible management. We offer an indefinite full-time contract, Monday to Friday, with standard office hours and flexible start times between 8:00 and 9:00, end times between 18:00 and 19:00, and one hour for lunch. Additionally, reduced working hours during summer (July and August) and every Friday throughout the year, plus 31 days of paid vacation. **Requirements:** At least 3 years of experience working at accounting firms managing portfolios of companies, including self-employed individuals and SMEs. Experience with SME and self-employed clients is highly valued, as well as experience managing domestic employees. Prior experience of at least 5 years as a labor management professional, including payroll calculation and labor advisory services, is strongly preferred. Experience using SAGE software and proficiency in Excel are also valued.
