




Job Summary: We are seeking a Territory Manager for the Surgery business unit in Aragon, responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting Olympus products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Your Responsibilities The main responsibilities will be: * Achieve the sales target set forth in the Olympus Iberia Commercial Plan. * Promote Olympus Surgery portfolio products (surgical imaging towers, exoscopy, and surgical energy devices). * Provide customer support and manage all incidents related to daily sales activities. * Prepare quotations for customers and develop offers. * Assist with customer collections: claims, payment terms, invoicing, etc., in accordance with internal policies established for the entire organization. * Prepare and compile documentation required for public tenders. * Attend live interventions to demonstrate products (Operation Patient Demonstration). * Conduct customer training courses in coordination with Technical Service personnel. CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS SUPPORT * Attend conferences (scientific meetings) or any other events aimed at promoting and showcasing Olympus product features. * Participate in division/business-line sales meetings where your presence is required. * Conduct technical product training courses at the Central European Headquarters, as well as those organized by Olympus Iberia. DAILY ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING * Monitor and report daily activity using the Salesforce tool to ensure achievement of established objectives, track sales, and identify business opportunities.
