Description
The role involves comprehensive management of an IQOS store, covering everything from overseeing commercial operations to leading the human team. The incumbent will analyze business performance, including profit and loss statements and other key performance indicators, to ensure achievement of established objectives. This includes preparing periodic reports and defining action plans aimed at improving the unit's overall performance. It will be necessary to maintain relationships with local establishments to identify and leverage opportunities beneficial to the brand, as well as to ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
Operationally, the position requires ensuring compliance with established standards across all processes. This includes inventory and stock management, cash drawer audits, daily closings, and accurate execution of administrative tasks. Supervision extends to both customer-facing activities and internal support functions, in order to maintain efficiency and organization. In addition, quality audits and evaluations must be monitored, implementing necessary corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and workplace safety.
A core aspect of the role is managing the customer experience, guaranteeing a welcoming and service-oriented approach that meets the brand’s high standards. The incumbent will supervise all consumer interactions, provide feedback to the team, and resolve complex incidents when required. Concurrently, they will oversee team development, fostering a positive and motivating work environment. This entails participating in recruitment, training, and staffing planning processes, as well as conducting individual meetings to identify areas for improvement and promote each member’s professional growth — always in coordination with the Human Resources department.
The position offers an indefinite contract with a full-time schedule of forty hours per week, including rotating weekend shifts. The compensation package comprises a fixed salary plus a variable component linked to performance, supplemented by meal vouchers. A university degree or equivalent qualification and a minimum of four years’ experience in the retail sector are required. Solid knowledge of store-level financial management — including budget handling and analysis of key performance indicators — is essential. Candidates must demonstrate experience in team leadership, training, and follow-up, along with intermediate-level proficiency in office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
