Description

The position focuses on essential logistics handling tasks within a food-sector warehouse environment. Daily responsibilities include handling goods, ensuring their correct placement on pallets or in containers according to the guidelines established by the management system. This activity requires precision to maintain an efficient workflow and comply with internal organizational standards. Managing product loading and unloading is a fundamental part of the role, carried out using assigned specialized machinery. In addition to handling tasks, the operator is responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in their work area and in common warehouse areas. This contributes to a safe and operational environment, preventing accidents and facilitating colleagues' work. Quality control is an integral part of the process, requiring meticulous attention to detail to identify any issues with products or their packaging during handling. The role demands a sustained work pace and the ability to adapt to variable production requirements. Interaction with other team members and departments is frequent; therefore, effective communication and a collaborative spirit are essential. Ultimately, this is an operational position where proficiency with machinery, responsibility, and commitment to safety and quality procedures form the foundation of satisfactory performance. The initial employment contract is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract based on performance and company needs. Salary compensation will conform to the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the sector. Working hours require flexibility to cover morning and afternoon shifts according to the established schedule. A valid forklift operator's license is mandatory, along with demonstrable practical experience, as a skill assessment test will be conducted. A Class B driving license and personal vehicle are also required for mobility. Prior warehouse experience—especially in loading and unloading tasks using forklifts or electric pallet jacks—will be considered a strong asset.
