### **Responsibilities**
Reporting to and under the supervision of the Head of the Technical Office’s Projects and Construction Division, the candidate will be responsible for:
\- Supporting maintenance of the Geographic Information System (GIS) application.
\- Drafting drawings for project development, final construction documentation, and various studies.
\- Assisting in archiving departmental documentation.
The main responsibilities assigned to this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
\- Searching, adapting, preparing, and supporting integration of network and infrastructure data into the GIS.
\- Creating, modifying, and archiving AutoCAD drawings of networks and infrastructures for inclusion in the GIS.
\- Creating, modifying, and archiving AutoCAD drawings for project development, final construction documentation, and various studies.
\- Creating and modifying presentations using PowerPoint, AutoCAD, etc.
\- Assisting in editing and printing departmental documents in both paper and digital formats.
\- Assisting in archiving departmental documentation in both paper and digital formats.
### **Requirements**
\- Minimum qualification: Official Higher Vocational Training Certificate (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) as Senior Technician in Civil Engineering Projects, plus a minimum of 75 hours of formal training in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), completed in a single course.
\- Minimum required professional experience: Three years performing drafting tasks within the civil engineering sector.
Verification shall be carried out, in accordance with Clause Three, by submitting a Labour Life Report issued by the General Treasury of the Social Security, or another document certifying the end date and full duration of the employment contract(s), accompanied by the relevant employment contract(s) and other company-issued certifications specifying the job content, professional category, and duties performed, as well as the explanatory information requested in the application form and declared responsibly by the applicant.
\- Basque language: Candidates must provide official certification of B2-level proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or equivalent; alternatively, certification confirming eligibility for exemptions stipulated in Decree 47/2012, of April 3, recognizing official studies conducted in Basque and exempting applicants from linguistic certification requirements for Basque language proficiency.

Annual gross remuneration: €37\.329,59 (2025 amount, subject to applicable adjustments for AGASA staff).
