Wintel Systems Technician At Baoss, we are looking for a Senior Systems Technician specialized in Wintel environments, with experience in administration, maintenance, design, and evolution of Microsoft infrastructures. The selected candidate will serve as the technical reference point both internally and with clients, participating in solution definition, modernization projects, and strategic decision-making. They will also contribute to ensuring the availability and continuity of client infrastructures. Responsibilities Design and evolve architectures based on Windows Server and Microsoft technologies. Administer and maintain Wintel infrastructures. Participate in migration, modernization, and technological transformation projects. Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Participate in technical meetings with clients and solution-definition workshops. Provide advanced N2/N3 support for critical incidents and complex issues. Analyze incidents and propose improvements to enhance platform stability, security, and performance. Collaborate with operations, cloud, and security teams. Participate in technical design and architecture definition for offerings and proposals. Contribute to designing high-availability and business continuity solutions. Participate in on-call duty rotations when required. Essential Requirements More than 5 years of experience in Wintel environment administration and architecture. Professional experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022\. Solid knowledge of Active Directory. Experience with GPO, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of Microsoft 365\. Experience with Microsoft Intune. Knowledge of virtualization with Hyper\-V. Experience in hybrid or cloud environments. Ability to design and evolve Microsoft architectures. Experience providing advanced N2/N3 support\. Ability to act as a technical reference and client-facing liaison.
