The selected candidate will be the establishment’s public face, ensure compliance with regulations and protocols, and contribute to a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Greet visitors at the entrance and in gaming areas, providing clear and friendly information. * Supervise the proper functioning of gaming machines and equipment; report technical or safety incidents to the relevant supervisor. * Control customer access and stay in accordance with current regulations (minimum age, identification, capacity limits). * Monitor compliance with internal policies and conduct rules within the hall, intervening preventively in cases of risky behavior. * Handle cash transactions, change, and basic cash register management according to established procedures. * Record and report incidents, losses, or suspicious activities following internal protocols. * Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining order in the hall, including restocking supplies and performing basic cleaning of gaming areas. **Requirements** -------------- * Legal age and valid documentation permitting employment in Spain. * Prior experience in customer service, preferably in game halls, hospitality, or retail. * Strong communication skills and courteous demeanor; ability to handle conflict situations calmly and firmly. * Basic cash handling and cash register knowledge; confidence using terminals and management systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Responsible, punctual attitude oriented toward compliance with rules and procedures. **Valued Competencies** -------------------------- * Training in customer service * Observational skills and early detection of problematic gambling-related behaviors. * Basic proficiency with computer tools and access control systems. * Teamwork and willingness to collaborate on operational improvements at the establishment. **We Offer** ------------- * Indefinite-term contract and competitive salary * Initial and ongoing training in procedures, sector regulations, and customer service. * A professional work environment focused on client safety and well-being. * Opportunities for internal development and professional growth within the company.
