The role also involves collecting payments, billing, cash register closing, and coordinating with other departments to ensure service quality. The candidate is expected to resolve incidents and address guests' needs. A minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions in hotels is required. Knowledge of foreign languages—especially English—and experience with hotel management software will be valued. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork capability are essential. The working schedule is full-time with rotating shifts. The contract is indefinite.
