DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) Manager based in Teruel to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who wish to play a critical role in maintaining and improving quality standards across our photovoltaic (PV) energy projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles and a solid understanding of QA/QC processes within the renewable energy sector. As the QA/QC Manager in Teruel, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related activities across our photovoltaic power plants. This includes planning, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems; identifying areas for improvement; conducting audits; and ensuring all projects comply with applicable regulations and technical specifications. Your work will be fundamental to ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and policies for photovoltaic projects. * Supervise and coordinate on-site QA/QC team activities, ensuring proper execution of inspections and tests. * Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and best practices. * Identify and analyze non-conformities, proposing and overseeing implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure materials, equipment, and processes used in projects meet technical specifications and quality requirements. * Prepare periodic quality performance reports, including key metrics and trends. * Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to integrate quality requirements across all project phases. * Stay up-to-date with photovoltaic industry regulations and standards. * Manage QA/QC-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. * Foster a quality culture across the organization. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) roles, preferably in the renewable or photovoltaic energy sector. * Solid knowledge of QA/QC principles and methodologies. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulations. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lead and manage teams. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong commitment to quality. * Willingness to work in Teruel and occasionally travel to other locations as required. **Preferred Skills:** * University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related field). * Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001\. * Experience in contract management and supplier relationship management. * Proficiency in software tools for project and quality management. * Advanced knowledge of photovoltaic-specific regulations.
