We are seeking a skilled **Freelance Linguist** specializing in **English into Basque** translation projects. This freelance position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to diverse, regular translation projects, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance that resonate with target audiences. Role Overview* Language Pair: English to Basque * Project Types: Translation and related linguistic services * Work Arrangement: 100% remote, freelance with flexible hours **Requirements** * Native in **Basque** with excellent command of English. * **Proven experience** in professional translation and localization (minimum 3 years). * Experience in **IT and Software Localization**. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high\-quality work. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with CAT tools and translation software is a plus but not obligatory as the projects will be mainly processed in Acclaro's cloud\-based platform WordsOnline (WordsOnline \| Acclaro). * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
