It certainly is! **What you’ll do:** As a Functional Analyst, you’ll be one of the brains behind the country’s most widely used payroll solution: * You’ll become an expert in our application—you’ll dive in, dissect it, understand it, and feel it. * You’ll translate complex payroll logic into crystal-clear user stories and test scenarios. * You’ll work side-by-side with developers and testers, guiding the development of new features. * You’ll serve as a strategic partner to the product owner, influencing priorities and decisions. * You’ll monitor Belgian payroll legislation and translate it into actionable requirements. * You’ll hunt down bugs and resolve tricky issues where others get stuck. * You’ll help build a squad that works autonomously, dares to make decisions, and delivers value. **Short summary?** You’re the person who turns complexity into clarity—and clarity into impact. **Who we’re looking for:** You don’t need to be a walking payroll encyclopedia (yet).
