Job Summary: We are seeking an operator to transform rubber on a production line, managing the manufacturing flow and ensuring process quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of a tidy and safe workplace We are looking for a person to work on rubber transformation in an industrial production line located in Lesaka. This position offers a temporary, full-time contract. The main responsibility is to manage the manufacturing flow, ensuring that the process remains consistent and meets the quality standards defined at each stage. It is essential to maintain a tidy workplace, always adhering to safety and hygiene regulations to guarantee a safe environment. Daily duties include supervising pressing machinery with attention and precision, verifying that each handled component meets the required technical specifications. Additionally, any anomalies in equipment or materials must be reported promptly to resolve incidents quickly. Demonstrating commitment, concentration ability, and adaptability to changes in pace is important. Previous experience in production environments, ability to operate pressing machinery, immediate availability to start, and manual dexterity.
