Within this unit, we support organizations in their transformation toward becoming intelligent enterprises, connecting processes, departments, and functions through comprehensive enterprise management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- You will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP solutions. **Key responsibilities include:** * Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Developing and managing the project schedule, ensuring timely delivery. * Continuously monitoring the management of assigned resources and project budgets. * Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and support staff. * Facilitating communication among various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Continuously supervising SAP solution configuration and customization according to client requirements. * Ensuring technical quality of deliverables and proper system integration. * Identifying and assessing potential project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact. * Resolving technical and operational issues arising during project execution. * Providing training and support to end users on implemented solutions. * Ensuring appropriate documentation of processes and configurations. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * A **university degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Sciences, Economics, or a related field. * **Project management certifications**, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile. * **Advanced English proficiency**, especially for international projects. * **Minimum 7 years’ experience** in similar roles as a project manager specializing in SAP solutions, preferably working with major international clients. * **Technical and Functional Knowledge:** + In-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP modules and products, including S/4HANA and other specific modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, among others. + Project Management: Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing SAP implementation projects using both agile and traditional methodologies.
