Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician to manage and maintain quality systems, analyze deviations, and participate in the continuous improvement of processes within an industrial environment. For new projects, reporting to the Quality Manager, we require a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN** in Gipuzkoa. **Responsibilities**: * Manage and keep up-to-date quality system documentation and job-specific documentation. * Identify, report, and analyze deviations and non-conformities using quality tools. * Manage customer complaints and participate in the preparation and follow-up of 8D reports. * Prepare dimensional inspection reports by interpreting technical drawings and using measurement equipment. * Create and maintain process control plans and associated documentation for production processes. * Collaborate in PFMEAs for new production processes and support continuous process improvement. * Manage internal calibrations and control of measurement equipment. * Conduct internal audits and monitor quality indicators. * Analyze daily internal rejections and participate in corrective and preventive actions. * Raise awareness and train teams on the importance of quality in processes and products. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Propose improvements aimed at optimizing processes, minimizing risks, and increasing competitiveness. **Requirements**: * Technical education in Mechanical Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in document management and quality non-conformity handling within an industrial environment. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and dimensional control. * Proficiency in ERP systems, Word, and Excel. * Familiarity with quality standards and tools. * Experience in calibration and metrology is desirable. * Knowledge of welding defectology is desirable. * High level of English for communication with customers. * French is desirable. * Training or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodology is desirable. * Analytical, methodical, and continuously improvement-oriented individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. **What We Offer?**: * Joining a solid and growing industrial project. * Permanent contract. * Professional development within a technical and dynamic environment. * Participation in high-value-added projects. * Continuous training and opportunities for internal growth. * Salary commensurate with experience and contribution. **Work Location:** * Gipuzkoa.
