Job Summary: We are seeking a quality professional to manage the quality management system, interact with customers and suppliers, and provide technical support for plastic injection processes. IATF 16949 certification and maintenance We are looking for a candidate with experience in quality management for a plastic injection company located in Oiartzun, Gipuzkoa. Responsibilities will include comprehensive management of the Quality Department, maintaining direct contact with both customers and suppliers. The role also involves customer support, including occasional on-site visits. A core part of the position is the certification and maintenance of the organization’s quality management system in compliance with the IATF 16949 standard. Additionally, technical support will be provided for manufacturing processes, and necessary technical and quality documentation for projects—including drawings, control plans, and FMEAs—will be prepared. Coordination and supervision of team members, as well as collection and analysis of production data, will also be part of the responsibilities. A degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree, or Higher Technical qualification is required, along with solid knowledge of plastic injection, CAD (2D and 3D), project management (APQP), and the IATF 16949 standard. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and B2-level English proficiency are mandatory. A permanent contract directly with the company is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, and salary negotiable according to experience.
