A university degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Advanced English proficiency. EXPERIENCE: 8–10 years of experience as a Raw Materials Buyer in FMCG and Chemical Industry companies. Experience working with SAP. Anticipate and select appropriate suppliers to generate competitive advantage and secure favorable conditions. • Manage raw materials supplier panel performance through KPIs, dashboards, and business drivers. • Risk management: Identify risks and develop/implement strategic sourcing support plans for raw materials procurement to ensure achievement of business objectives, providing quantifiable outcomes and scorecard tracking. • Develop and coordinate actions to enhance overall productivity of raw materials suppliers (renegotiation, re-engineering, and sourcing). • Develop and implement raw materials procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals and objectives, including sourcing plans, supplier selection, and supplier management. • Manage the annual budgeting process and timely, accurate tracking of raw materials categories. • Contract management. • Participate in and coordinate the New Product Introduction/Launch process, providing input on manufacturing capacity and cost. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify potential supply chain risks. • Ensure raw materials procurement meets business objectives to add value, mitigate supply chain risk, and generate cost savings. \- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company principles and values. \- Identify, propose, and implement changes to improve procurement or purchasing procedures. \- Comply with environmental requirements * Experience: 8 years. 8–10 years of experience as a Raw Materials Buyer in FMCG and Chemical Industry companies.
