Interdepartmental coordination **We are looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant** to join our order department at a company in the DIY sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Telephone support. * Incident management. * Order management, including manual entry and EDI system processing. * Email management. * Communication and coordination with other departments. * **Requirements:** * Minimum two years’ prior experience in administrative or similar roles. * Solid proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). * Organizational and management skills. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * Experience managing customer accounts. * **Working Hours:** \* Monday to Friday: 07:40–13:40 and 15:00–16:55\.
