Resolving incidents and teamwork We are looking for an Administrative Purchasing Officer to join Sumar’s central offices’ purchasing team. **More specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for:** * Managing and monitoring purchases for different services. * Managing returns of defective products or services. * Receiving, organizing and prioritizing orders. **What do we offer?** **Working hours:** 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday with flexible scheduling between 7:15 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. **Contract type:** Permanent **Salary:** €22,000–€24,000 gross annual salary paid in 14 installments. **Requirements** **Education:** Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration or equivalent **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, purchasing or related fields **Competency profile:** We seek a professional accustomed to teamwork, methodical, and possessing organizational and incident-resolution skills. **Others:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management technology tools. * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. **Are you interested in applying for this position?** To register and attach your CV, click the button on the right side of the screen labeled **"Register manually"**
