COMSA Service forms part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of COMSA Corporación, carrying out comprehensive and specific maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant include: * Managing internal staff documentation. * Placing and monitoring material orders. * Budget control (prepared and invoiced). * Providing administrative support to supervisors regarding invoicing and subcontractor management. * Preparing technical reports. REQUIREMENTS * Vocational Training Degree (GM) or Higher Vocational Training Degree (GS) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAP. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in construction companies or building maintenance companies.
