At **Q\-ready**, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform the following duties: * Telephone support and request handling * Managing and coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings * Document management: filing, digitization, and case file organization * Uploading and updating files and reports in the internal system * Maintaining and updating databases * Providing support for basic administrative and accounting tasks across various departments **What qualifications do you need?** * Vocational training (FP) or equivalent * Experience in reception/switchboard operations and customer telephone support * Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of and/or experience with SAP **What advantages does working at Q\-ready offer?** * 38-hour weekly work schedule * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Long-term sick leave substitution contract * 1 remote workday per week * Location: **Oviedo** * Training related to administration * Minimum previous experience of 3 years * Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory * Immediate availability to start
