




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with initiative and analytical skills to support reception tasks, document management, and monitoring of accommodation services. Opportunity for professional growth **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** *For the Accommodation Service of Fundació Infància i Família, Barcelona* **Main Responsibilities:** * Telephone reception and office access control. * Daily activity logging, service agenda management and monitoring. * Tracking of accommodation statistics, including admissions and discharges of minors and foster families, as well as cases under assessment and cases with proposals. * Support in preparing and justifying search files. * Management of activities related to service promotion. * Cash box management. * Management of regular/postal mail, email, documentation registration (incoming and outgoing), and general document archiving. * Support to all departments in reception-related tasks. * Photocopying and binding. * Management of office equipment and machinery to optimize performance. * Calendar management, scheduling and booking of meeting rooms. * Key and alarm system management and control. * Maintaining the reception area clean and orderly at all times. * Ordering office supplies and consumables; providing requested materials; tracking available stock to plan orders. * Monitoring office maintenance and cleaning. * Working based on continuous improvement principles and following established procedures. **Competency Profile:** * Autonomy. * Self-organization. * Teamwork. * Responsibility. **Requirements:** * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Administrative Management. * At least one year’s experience in similar roles will be valued. * Knowledge of other languages or cultures is desirable. * Catalan language proficiency (spoken and written) and standard computer software skills are essential. * **Disability certificate is mandatory.** **Offer Includes:** * **1 temporary position (1–2 months)** – Full-time (100%). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., plus two afternoons per week from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Start date: Immediate. * Annual gross salary: **€20,230.21.** * **Compensation according to collective labor agreement, with flexible compensation options**, enabling savings on daily expenses: * Daycare center. * ️ Professional development training. * Restaurant. * Public transportation. * Private health insurance. **If you are an initiative-driven, analytical person who enjoys contributing to the growth of socially impactful organizations, we look forward to welcoming you!** Apply now and embark on a new professional challenge
