The main responsibility will be invoicing using the A3 software, ensuring accuracy of records. The candidate will also handle quarterly and annual VAT declarations and other tax filings. The position requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills for report generation and data analysis, as well as maintenance of accounting ledgers and bank reconciliations. Knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts and taxation is valued. We seek a proactive individual eager to learn, with strong organizational and analytical abilities. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required; prior experience in general accounting and similar roles is preferred. A pleasant interpersonal manner and good communication skills are essential. Temporary contract, part-time. Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification. Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in administrative and accounting positions. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
