




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Administrator for a construction materials distribution company, responsible for general and analytical accounting, financial closings, balance sheets, and tax management. At Quality ETT Vitoria, we are looking for an Accounting Administrator for a company located in Ali\-Gobeo, engaged in construction materials distribution. **The selected candidate will perform the following duties:** * General and analytical accounting for the company. * Full-cycle accounting management. * Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. * Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements. * Bank reconciliations and treasury control. * Support in invoicing, collections, and payments management; monitoring of overdue payments. * Accounting and tax compliance according to current regulations. * Coordination with external tax and labor advisory services. * Tax filing and settlement (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, withholding taxes). * Use of A3ERP and A3CON, advanced Excel, and financial tools. Part-time schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 to 14:00 or from 9:00 to 15:00 — to be confirmed. Initial contract will be through the ETT for 6 months, followed by direct hiring by the client company (PERMANENT POSITION).
