Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter/waitress assistant to provide customer service and attention in the dining room, on the terrace, and at the bar, including table setup, assistance with food and beverage service, and collaboration on basic tasks. Assistance with food and beverage service and collaboration on basic tasks We are looking for a waiter or waitress assistant to work in Gijón (Asturias). Main duties include attending to and serving customers in the dining room, on the terrace, and at the bar, always following instructions from the supervisor. You will also be responsible for setting up and clearing tables, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Additionally, you will assist with food and beverage service by delivering dishes and products to tables, and collaborate on basic tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning utensils, and supporting the team during service. Regarding requirements, prior experience in the hospitality industry is valued but not mandatory. Holding a food handler’s certificate or training in food hygiene is considered an advantage. The offered conditions include an indefinite intermittent contract, full-time working hours with a split schedule. The salary complies with the Hospitality Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
